I am generally very quick to respond to emails, and can normally sort out urgent repairs the same day.

I have had many clients contact me a couple of hours before a performance to request an urgent repair, as they have just dropped an instrument, and need to get it sorted out as soon as possible.

As long as new parts do not have to be ordered in, and it is simply a case of straightening out bent keys, re-aligning posts, and floating in a few pads etc. I can normally get the job done quickly and efficiently, whilst ensuring that everything is always done to the highest standards.

I am a musician myself, and fully understand the dilemma of something going wrong at the last minute, so I will always endeavour to get your instrument back up and running as soon as is possible.

Flute & Clarinet Repairs

For simple repairs, prices start at £30.
Full repad, approx. £200, plus costs of pads.

Leather pads for Clarinets can cost £70 upwards, this cost needs to be factored into a full repad.

Flute & Clarinet Service

Prices will depend upon the condition of the instrument, but approx prices start at £80, and can go up to £150, plus costs of any parts.

Saxophone Repairs & Servicing

Prices can range from £30 for simple repairs, up to £450 for a full repad, plus costs of pads.

Servicing can range from £80 - £180 depending upon the condition of the instrument.

About me

My name is Adrian Thomas, and I have been playing, and repairing musical instruments for most of my life. I started on acoustic guitar, back in 1982, and over the years have managed to add many more string, and wind instruments to my repertoire, including Saxophone, Clarinet, and Flute.

I am an extremely disciplined individual, and work to the highest standards. Regardless of whether you are a professional with an expensive instrument, or a keen amateur with an entry level instrument, I will always endeavour to get your instrument playing to the best of its ability.

Although I am also skilled in repairs to Guitars, Violins, and Guitar Valve Amplifiers, I prefer to focus on just servicing and repairing wind instruments nowadays, from my home workshop based in Balham, South London.
